When is my order shipping?

It takes us 15-20 business days to fabricate and QC each order. No orders get pushed ahead of another customer. We value you everyone's business and we ensure to build you a quality product!

What are your Powder Coating Timelines?

We run in batches based on colors to ensure no cross contamination and efficiency. We strive to turn your product around within the 15-20 days, however, during the busy seasons times may get slightly extended?

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of the original purchase date. Beyond that, the materials have been allocated to your products and we can not offer a refund.

I cancelled my order and didn't see the refund come through yet?

We process order cancellations within 24 hours of notification. Banks often take 3 to 7 business days to post the money back into your account.

If I need help making the best decision on parts for my ski, how do I get in touch with GPO Jimmy?
