Shipping
items you order are made especially for you, which enables us to offer the product you want in the color of your choosing. Our standard build time is 7-10 days, during the riding season, May - September the lead times can extend due to high volume, but please remember to factor in build time in addition to shipping time so you know when the time is right to start checking your mailbox! We do not ship partial orders; we want to ensure your order goes out complete and you receive everything in one shipment.
Returns
Since all products are made to order, AND we mainly deal with vintage skis where no two are exactly alike, we only accept returns as a result of our error such as an incorrect color, wrong item or defective item. Should this be the case, please contact us so we can make it right for you!
Things to know:
- Some slight modifications such as bond rail hole drilling or clamping a bumper into place may be required.
- Vintage skis are like classic cars, you must take your time and have some mechanical skills to understand how things go together.
- If you use bolts to tighten down our bumpers, you must understand that these are made of aluminum, and with overtightening or using a drill driver you can crush it and possibly chip the powder coating.
- No two skis are exactly alike, our bumpers are consistantly checked against our in-stock Vintage ski's to ensure all toloerances are acceptable for the easiest possible installation.
- All of our products have been engineered for proper hole placement for maximum rigity in the area it is supporting.
- All of our products are precision laser cut, CNC bent, Tig welded, sanded and prepared for powder coat or wet paint.
- Our parts are not an insuranse policy against damaging your ski, however we take our time with engineering and make every effort to protect your ski for many years to come.
